I've first came across this seasoning at a local grocery store just to try it, and I haven't looked back. Really good flavor! I seasoned 30 pounds of chicken the night before and put it in my smoker the next day for a big cookout. I didn't bring any of the chicken home. I've tried it on shrimp as well. I keep this in my seasoning arsenal. Nice flavor and not pungent at all.
